A Friendly Atmosphere Alongside Delicious Traditional Fribourg Dishes

As well as our famous Fribourg specialities like fondue and meringues with double cream, we serve other delectable dishes you’ll love, made with fresh and seasonal ingredients from the local region. Our chef concocts different dishes and menus for you, always Swiss-inspired. So when you eat at Le Tsalè, you’ve got a range of choices: download the food menu (the Viandes de nos Monts fondue must be booked 48 hours in advance).

To accompany these dishes, Swiss, white, rosé and red wines, as well as all the usual drinks, are available on the drinks menu.A menu that changes with the days of the week and the seasons.

 At Le Tsalè, we are passionate about giving our customers a fantastic taste experience. That’s why we change our food menu with the days of the week and the seasons. On Sunday lunchtimes, you can tuck into ham on the bone and saucisson with dauphinois potatoes and vegetables.

In summer, we offer a menu designed for the warmer weather, with salads and two summer cheeses, Sérac and Tomme d’Alpage.
